Monday's are Good

It's hard to believe it's only Day 3 as the house looks nothing like it's previous form.  Today begins about 3 days of electrical work.  And while the electrician was working away our contractor, Nall, was busy putting in 2 of our 3 new windows on the north wall.  To orient yourself, the window on the far left side of the photo used to be over the kitchen sink.

This photo is of an area you will see develop over the next few days and weeks.  It will be an interior "window" opening between the dining room and the living room.  They told us we couldn't knock all of the interior walls down or the house would implode - so this was our architect's solution.  You'll see more on this later.

Electricial work isn't as exciting - but oh so important.
